We cannot recommend Mary & Emily enough! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. They even came all the way to Chicago last minute for our engagement shoot, which set the tone for everything that followed - easy, fun, and beyond professional.
What stood out most was how much they truly listened. They paid attention to our inspiration photos and captured exactly the vibe we wanted, while still bringing their own creativity and artistry to the table. They felt more like friends rather than vendors which made being in front of the camera so comfortable and natural. My husband and I both agree that our couple shoot was one of our favorite parts of the entire day because they made it so fun, energetic, and full of laughter.
Our full gallery was delivered so quickly, and the photos are absolutely stunning - more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every moment was captured perfectly, from the big, emotional ones to the tiny in-between details.

They were incredibly professional, yet so warm and supportive, making me feel truly beautiful and at ease. Mary was the ultimate hype girl and made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera!
They captured every important moment perfectly while never being intrusive. The final video was breathtaking—so much so that we immediately hired them to create a second one just to see more of their stunning work! We had a great experience with Lyons Media!!! Mary and Emily were nothing less of amazing! They both have great personalities and you can tell they love what they do. From the first initial call and every single detail and what our expectations were. The type of lighting, angle, and shooting we expected to have and get. They covered it all. They were very detail oriented and organized. We also did our engagement shoot with them as well and it took our breath away too. They are both great individuals. Emily and Mary make a wonderful team and are super fun to work with. They help you with ideas and always want to know your inspiration ideas. If you are looking for a wedding videographer, look no further! Mary & Emily have been AMAZING to work with from start to finish. During wedding planning, we met with Mary via Zoom to discuss our ideas/vision for our wedding day and she was taking notes, asking detailed questions, and getting to know us, which made the experience feel personalized and custom. Lyons Media Production was very reasonably priced, very professional, they arrived early on wedding day to get shots of the venue, they made sure I (as the bride) was well taken care of and refreshed through the day/evening, and so much more! Everything was phenomenal - there truly aren't enough words or praise I could give these amazing ladies for their hard work & dedication. I would 10000/10 recommend to anyone in need of a videographer to capture their special event! :)

Mary, Emily, and Landon were amazing at our wedding. Very professional but also fun and go with the flow. They arrived at the venue a few minutes before me and had been taking pictures until I got there. They gave us the choice for how involved they were with us. Either stand back and record the day, give us all the poses for all the shots, or a nice in between. Lyons was willing to stay later when things ran a little behind schedule and captured moments that I otherwise wouldn’t have remembered. They found something to do in the downtime of me getting ready and we’re always ready for the next thing. They were patient during family photos with well over 50 family members. Thank you guys so much. We will always recommend them!

Not only do they have an amazing vision and insight, but they have this insane ability to make you calm while bringing you out of your skin into your natural self so that you truly shine. Mary & Kolten did an amazing job capturing the magic of our day! They came right into the bridal suite and started filming, knew all of the perfect photo/film spots, and worked seamlessly with our photographer. We had an amazing experience with Mary and Emily! They had fantastic attitudes the entire night and kept the energy up, making the whole experience even more special. As someone who typically feels awkward in front of a camera, they made me feel comfortable and confident in ways I never expected. They knew how to pose us naturally, so it never felt forced or awkward.
What truly stood out to me was how they seamlessly blended into the background during key moments. They captured every special moment without ever making us feel like we were being recorded. It was as if they were part of the celebration, allowing us to stay fully immersed in the moment.

We interviewed so many wedding videographers until we found Emily and Mary and we’re SO lucky we did.
We just got married and whenever someone asks about our wedding day, we tell them about how beautiful it was.. and we tell them how wonderful it was to have Emily and Mary there.
They have a truly unique ability to be both present and invisible - they captured intimate moments while remaining so unobtrusive that guests barely noticed them working their magic. Their genuine care showed in so many small gestures, from helping tie shoelaces to supporting us in minor emergencies (like when I got sand in my eye and Mary started yawning in hopes it would be contagious to get my eyes to water!).
They were so encouraging and supportive, helping us feel like we could be our full selves and offering words of encouragement and support. And they never felt like vendors - they felt more like friends who were there to celebrate with us while expertly and sneakily documenting every special moment. Our wedding day was made even more magical by their encouraging, sweet personalities and their talent for making everyone feel completely at ease.
While we're still eagerly awaiting our final footage, the teaser video they sent us brought tears to our eyes and was more beautiful than we could have imagined.
Our only regret? Not taking a photo with these amazing women who made our wedding day even more special than we could have imagined.

While my wedding was several months ago, I am just now getting around to writing reviews!
Mary and Emily did a fantastic job on my wedding video. I had a vision of something a little different. I wanted my wedding filmed like an episode of The Office. I wanted some original audio, “talking head” interviews, documentary style, etc. But I also wanted to capture more seriously the major parts of the wedding (the ceremony, first dance, etc). They did such a great job of beautifully capturing the highlighted moments of the day while keeping the rest of the video fun, light hearted and different from traditional wedding videos. They were so fun to have on site at the wedding. They captured every moment of the day without me noticing their presence which allowed me to fully be in the moment while having my day documented forever. I was nervous at first about so many strangers and cameras around between the photographers and the videographers but honestly the day couldn’t have felt more natural.
Lastly, my final video received was gorgeous, had a quick turn around time, and was longer than I expected! I feel like I got more than I asked for and Emily and Mary went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. They even went as far as watching episodes of The Office (like Jim and Pam’s wedding) to “research” the vibe I was going for! I cannot say enough good things about their work, professionalism, planning, etc.
